Shrimp Tacos with Garibaldi Salsa

INGREDIENTS 

  • Olive Oil
  • 1Kg Tail-off Raw Shrimp
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp of Garibaldi Chile de arbol Salsa (or more if you want)
  • 1 cup of cream cheese 
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • Flour tortillas
  • Black beans
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Heat a pan with a little olive oil. toss in a kilo of shrimp, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of pepper.
  2. Give it a good mix, then splash in some Worcestershire sauce and a few spoonfuls of Garibaldi Salsa Chile de Árbol (add as much heat as you can handle! 🌶️)
  3. Let that cook for a couple of minutes, then stir in cream cheese until it’s all melty and creamy.
  4. Feeling cheesy? Throw in some mozzarella and let it melt to perfection. 🧀🔥
  5. Now just load it up on warm tortillas with black beans, avocado, and of course, more Garibaldi Salsa! 😍
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
