Transform Your Meals with Garibaldi Salsa
GARIBALDI MEXICAN SALSA JALAPEÑO GREEN ENCHILADAS
Servings: 2 / Prep time: 15 minutes / Cook time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1 jar of Garibaldi Jalapeño Salsa
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- A handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Wrap the Tortillas in a damp paper or tea towel and microwave them for 1 minute to soften them.
- Coat the bottom of a baking dish with Garibaldi Jalapeño Salsa.
- Fill the tortillas with the shredded chicken, roll them up like a taquito, and arrange in the baking dish.
- Top the rolled tortillas in the baking dish with the Garibaldi Jalapeño Salsa and shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Serve with a dollop of cream-yogurt and cilantro.
