GARIBALDI MEXICAN SALSA CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 lb chicken wings 
  • Garibaldi Mexican Salsas Chile de Arbol or Jalapeño (or both!)
  • Chopped Cilantro  
  • Lime  
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Olive Oil 

DIRECTIONS 

  • Cover wings with cold water and add 1 tbl salt and the juice of 1 lime. Brine 1 hour 
  • Drain and dry wings, then toss in a bowl with salt, pepper. 
  • Place on a sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes 
  • Remove from tray and toss wings in Garibaldi Mexican Salsa (we like to do some in both sauces) 
  • Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight works, too.  
  • Place on a very hot grill and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side 
  • When the wings come off the grill, brush with a little more sauce 
  • Serve on a plate, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges
